Humanity 100 Zamboree & Zoom Discuss NBA Players Wearing Protest T-Shirts

(Humanity 100 features two androgynous extraterrestrials named Zamboree and Zoom. They live in a galaxy neighboring the Milky Way and attend Jupiter University. A required course at Jupiter University is Humanity 100. Zamboree and Zoom are enrolled as study partners. The two have no knowledge of human beings or the earth. They study all human subjects, conduct experiments, and class projects. Their goal is to understand the human condition.)

Zoom, NBA players wore T-shirts that read, “I Can't Breathe”.

To protest a grand jury decision.  New York Police officers were not charged for strangling a human to death.

ZOOM

Did the players get fined by the NBA?

ZAMBOREE

 For what?

ZOOM

Being out of uniform.

ZAMBOREE

No. But the NBA Commissioner said he respected their decision to voice their personal views on important issues.

ZOOM

What he meant to say was he needed time to find out if the T-shirts were made by the official maker of NBA attire.

ZAMBOREE

If they are?

ZOOM

The players are still in uniform.

ZAMBOREE

And if they're not?

ZOOM

Then the player's views on important issues are politically incorrect.
